This guidance aims to strengthen understanding of business dependencies on nature and how they can be measured. It summarises key insights on measurement of business dependencies and outlines the different components that a comprehensive measurement should cover. It complements existing guidance from the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and will be useful for financial institutions as well as businesses looking to strengthen their assessment and disclosure practices. The guidance was developed with input from the UNEP Financial Initiative (UNEP FI).
