These reports provide an analysis of the reports on the implementation and enforcement of the Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade (FLEGT) Regulation (Council Regulation (EC) No 2173/2005), submitted by EU Member States to the European Commission, as required by Article 8. Indonesia is the first of the FLEGT Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA) countries to start issuing licences, as of 15 November 2016 and all reports of licences relate to trade with Indonesia. The annual reports of all EU Member States were analysed.
