These reports provide comprehensive overviews of international wildlife trade by EU Member States between 2012 and 2020. Species under international trade management are listed in the Appendices to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and the Annexes of the EU Wildlife Trade Regulations, which enforce CITES in the EU. The aim of these analyses is to inform future trade management in the EU, in order to ensure that international trade in wildlife is sustainable.
