The NBSAP Forum is a global partnership aiming to support the revision and implementation of National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plans (NBSAPs). The Secretariat of Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and UN Environment Programme (UNEP) host it in partnership. The NBSAP Forum is executed on the behalf of UN Environment by the UN Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC), UN Environment's specialist biodiversity centre.
The purpose of our web portal is to support countries in finding the information they need to develop and implement effective NBSAPs. Learn more about this process by taking the NBSAP Journey on the site. This online community of practice also connects a wide range of stakeholders who need access to timely information regarding NBSAP best practices, guidance and resources, or who wish to share their information, knowledge, support and resources.
